Please read these terms carefully before using the vb11 platform. By registering your account, you are agreeing to all of these terms.

1 General Provisions

vb11 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "vb11") is an online betting and gaming service provider. The platform is operated specifically for users in Bangladesh and provides full support in Bengali.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between vb11 and users of its platform. If you create an account on vb11, log in, or use any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Age Requirement: For users aged 21 and above only. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.

  • A person may operate only one account.

2.1 Age Verification

3 Account Registration

To successfully create an account on vb11, providing correct and complete information is mandatory. The following rules must be followed during the registration process:

  • Only one account per user is permitted.
  • The name, address, and date of birth on the account must exactly match the national identity card.
  • A mobile number may only be used for one account.
  • Multiple accounts may not be created from the same device or IP address.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential and to change it regularly.

3.1 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately. Sharing account login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Updating Information

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on vb11:

4.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
  • The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.
  • KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • vb11 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
Important: If you withdraw before the wagering requirement of an active bonus is met, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform does not apply any currency conversion fee, however the mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vb11 offers a 200% welcome bonus for new members, applicable up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Examples of the bonus benefit:

  • ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000.
  • ৳22,000 deposit → bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A user may not use the same bonus offer more than once.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
  • Bonuses apply only to eligible games and betting categories — certain games may be excluded.
  • vb11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, vb11 reserves the right to investigate and take the necessary action.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • No bets other than live betting will be accepted after an event has started.
  • If abnormal odds appear due to a technical error, those bets may be cancelled.
  • Betting on the basis of match fixing or false information is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Casino Games

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request through our 24/7 live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid remaining funds before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

vb11 will not be liable for the following:

  • Loss or inconvenience caused by internet disconnection.
  • Loss caused by problems with the user's own device or network.
  • Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
  • Loss arising from the user's account information being disclosed to others.
  • Gameplay being disrupted due to technical failure.

vb11 aims to maintain the highest service standards, however no guarantee is given for uninterrupted availability of the platform. The service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance or technical issues.
